In the 45 minute talk Competition Stress, I share strategies to handle stress before and during competitions and how athletes can use it to their advantage instead of letting it hold back performance.
Competition stress is one of the most common challenges athletes face and it affects not only performance but also their overall wellbeing. In this talk, I explain what stress is, why we experience it and use practical examples and simple exercises to show how athletes can influence their stress levels, stay composed and perform despite feeling stressed.
