For many athletes, the biggest challenge is not what happens in training but whether they can bring that level into competition when it really counts. It is simply not enough to prepare the body. We need to prepare the mind too.
This talk is an opportunity to learn from a triple Olympian how to prepare the mind for competitions so you can deliver the performances you are capable of and maximise your performance under pressure. I teach actionable strategies that participants can put into practice right away so their competition results better reflect the hard work they do in training.
I also offer a two hour workshop where we go deeper with practical exercises and your athletes work directly with these methods.
